Description

  • Design and deploy AI-driven automation and autonomous agents for repetitive tasks, research, data processing, and decision support.
  • Develop and manage AI agent orchestration using platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Azure AI, and OpenAI.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate for both cloud and desktop.
  • Integrate automation solutions with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and Dataverse.
  • Implement solutions using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and AI Services.
  • Lead work as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
  • Apply prompt engineering and work with the Anthropic Claude API to support automation use cases.
  • Ensure solutions comply with data privacy, security, and responsible AI standards.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure automation performance and efficiency gains.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in AI development, automation engineering, or related technical roles.
  • Proven experience building AI agents or LLM-powered solutions using Claude, GPT, or Azure OpenAI.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft 365/Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of enterprise data governance and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience with scenario-based automation design and AI agent workflows is expected in technical interviews.
  • Practical assessment or case study participation may be part of the hiring process.
