Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop two direct reports, including a Lead Product Engineer and a Designer.
  • Own end-to-end product design across the global payroll, compliance, and HRMS modules.
  • Lead user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and synthesis of findings.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define, prioritize, and deliver features with high design quality.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve the ListoGlobal design system and component library in Figma.
  • Define and uphold design standards, interaction patterns, brand consistency, and accessibility practices.
  • Create design documentation, specifications, and developer handoff materials to support accurate implementation.
  • Present design work and rationale clearly to senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and maintain effective communication and coordination with team members and clients.
  • Stay current on best practices through webinars, training, and related learning activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Proven experience designing complex, data-dense enterprise or fintech interfaces.
  • Proven experience leading a small design team while remaining hands-on in the work.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, prototyping, and design system management.
  • Strong user research and synthesis skills.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience with web-based SaaS and enterprise product platforms (preferred).
