Description

  • Define brand positioning and acquisition strategy.
  • Design, optimize, and scale conversion funnels.
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales and commercial processes.
  • Manage social media, brand storytelling, and the editorial calendar.
  • Create multi-format content, including text, images, and video.
  • Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy.
  • Execute SEO strategies and optimize landing pages and site structure.
  • Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEM, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze KPIs and user behavior, and run growth experiments to improve ROI.
  • Work with CRM platforms, automation tools, and AI-powered tools for marketing execution and optimization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth, or SEO roles.
  • Strong command of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Experience with video editing, copywriting, and creative tools, including AI-based tools.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and automation workflows.
  • Native-level Spanish with excellent writing skills.
  • Stable internet connection of at least 100 Mbps and a quiet workspace.
  • A mandatory portfolio showcasing content, campaigns, metrics, or results.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and strategic mindset (ideal profile).
  • Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and execute end-to-end (ideal profile).
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with a creative and experimental approach (ideal profile).
