Description

  • Own day-to-day management of client relationships with proactive communication, documentation, guidance, and stakeholder support.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel affiliate strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Provide end-to-end affiliate program management, including strategic execution, optimization, and program operations.
  • Source, recruit, and activate high-value partners to drive incremental growth across the full funnel.
  • Collaborate with existing partners to increase exposure and improve program performance.
  • Manage client channel and media budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
  • Deliver regular performance reporting that highlights wins, challenges, and new opportunities.
  • Manage program operations such as commission terms, partner compliance, and commissioning strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing affiliate programs.
  • Proven success accelerating customer acquisition through a wide range of partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and commitment to staying current with industry changes.
  • Understanding of how AI is affecting affiliate management, including recruitment, attribution, and optimization strategies.
  • Ability to leverage non-traditional partnerships to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to leadership and preparing performance reports.
  • Analytical approach to performance marketing and decision-making, with the ability to use data effectively.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution.
  • Strong relationship-building mindset and willingness to grow a network of partnerships.
  • Experience in one or more core verticals such as Retail, Health & Wellness, CPG, B2SMB/Prosumer, FinTech, or Subscription & Services.
  • Preferred experience developing strategy and managing traditional influencer programs and relationships.
  • Preferred experience managing Amazon and TikTok Affiliate programs.
  • Preferred background in other marketing channels and understanding of how channels work together to fuel growth.
