Description

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Sell PEO, ASO, and HR solutions to business owners and executives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close.
  • Build referral partnerships with brokers and strategic partners.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations.
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound hunting activities.
  • Maintain ownership of sales performance and quota attainment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in HCM, PEO, payroll, SaaS, or a related industry preferred.
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Self-motivated and relationship-driven approach.
  • Experience selling to business owners and executives.
  • Ability to work in a remote/home-based role.
  • Hunter mentality with the drive to generate new business.
