Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, maintaining a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Manage client accounts through proactive communication and tailored service recommendations aligned to business needs.
  • Coordinate system user setup and provide training on client-facing platforms, including payroll, reporting, LMS, and service applications.
  • Identify at-risk clients and lead retention efforts with internal teams and consultants.
  • Partner with Global Client Operations and cross-functional teams to improve employee experience, process efficiency, and operational performance.
  • Lead client meetings to review account performance, address escalations, and resolve complex or high-impact issues.
  • Support accurate and timely client payroll processing and help ensure compliance.
  • Monitor, track, and report on operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze data and reporting to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and propose new products or services where appropriate.
  • Manage client issues, benefit reconciliation, benefit inquiries, renewal communications, fee adjustments, payroll tax notices, and required reporting, coordinating with third-party vendors as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • College degree required, or 4+ years of PEO, ASO, HCM, EOR, or multistate experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience, skills, education, or job training.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Previous experience in account management, PEO, EOR, payroll, taxes, benefits, or human resources is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to provide systems training and support as needed.
