Description

  • Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts from proposal support and negotiation through award, administration, and closeout.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, agency-specific regulations, contractual terms and conditions, and corporate policies.
  • Maintain and update GSA Schedules, including modifications, catalog updates, and required reporting.
  • Track CDRLs and ensure timely delivery and documentation of contract deliverables.
  • Review proposal responses for contractual compliance before submission.
  • Assess contract terms, identify risks, and advise leadership and sales teams on contracting strategy and compliance obligations.
  • Draft, review, and execute NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and contract modifications.
  • Support dispute resolution related to contract interpretation, performance, and compliance issues.
  • Develop and deliver internal training on federal contracting compliance and best practices.
  • Respond to audits, inquiries, reporting requests, and protests, and monitor quality control and tracking mechanisms.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in federal contract management; GovCon experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of federal contracting principles, including FAR, DFARS, GSA Schedule, and other contract vehicles.
  • Previous negotiation experience with teaming agreements; familiarity with joint venture structures.
  • Working knowledge of standard cost models and Service Contract Act (SCA) work types.
  • Demonstrated experience with CDRL tracking and contract deliverable management.
  • Ability to assess proposal responses for contractual compliance prior to submission.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with government officials and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Adobe/PDF, Excel, and Word skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Professional certification strongly preferred: CFCM, CCCM, or CPCM.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance if required.
