Description

  • Produce pixel-perfect brand assets for campaigns, conferences, signage, tear sheets, whitepapers, presentations, and digital ads.
  • Execute within and extend the existing brand system, including evolving typography, color, and illustration with validation.
  • Establish and maintain cross-channel templates, brand libraries, tokens, themes, components, and usage documentation in Figma and/or Buzz.
  • Use GenAI tools to scale production while preserving quality through clear guardrails and review criteria.
  • Ensure visual consistency across print, product, social, and event touch points and catch brand drift early.
  • Lead design of new website sections and iterative improvements to dispel.com within performance and accessibility standards.
  • Create responsive, high-fidelity page designs and define motion and accessibility guidelines for the marketing site.
  • Build interactive motion assets and micro-interactions, and edit short-form video for campaigns, social, and event recaps.
  • Partner with SEO, engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Product Design on site structure, campaign systems, and visual coherence.
  • Own complex event experiences, internal communications packs, leadership presentation kits, and design onboarding/mentoring efforts.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in brand and web design.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft and range across digital and print.
  • Proven ability to execute brand systems with pixel-perfect precision and tasteful extension of existing guidelines.
  • Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and GenAI design tools used as daily working tools.
  • Solid web design skills, including responsive layout, typographic hierarchy, and accessible, performant page design.
  • Working knowledge of motion design and video editing, including interactive assets in Rive or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Framer and HubSpot, and modern web standards.
  • Relentless attention to detail across spacing, alignment, color consistency, and production quality.
  • Clear communication skills for presenting work and explaining decisions to cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Preferred: frontend development experience with React, HTML/CSS/JS.
  • Preferred: advanced motion, animation, or video production skills beyond basic web interactions.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of shader-based tools or creative coding such as Paper.js or Unicorn Studio.
  • Preferred: background in B2B, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or technical products.
  • Preferred: experience with tokenized or multi-theme design systems.
  • Preferred: experience producing event and experiential design such as booth environments or large-format installations.
  • Preferred: experience building efficient GenAI workflows for brand content production.
