Description

  • Create high-converting landing pages, campaign hubs, and digital marketing assets for web experiences.
  • Develop low-fidelity wireframes to plan page layout and visual composition before building in Drupal.
  • Design and build web pages using established components, templates, and design system guidelines.
  • Create visual web assets such as background images, product visualizations, OG/teaser images, blog imagery, and iconography.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to iterate on designs for A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Work with Motion Designers to create and implement lightweight web animations using LottieFiles and JSON.
  • Partner with the Web UX team to ensure designs align with system capabilities and component constraints.
  • Build and manage pages in Drupal and hand off completed work to DXO for publishing.
  • Document work, share knowledge with peers, and advocate for process improvements and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects with overlapping priorities while continually adopting new tools and practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in web design or digital design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, layout, typography, data-focused design, and interactive web elements.
  • Proven ability to design simple solutions for complex problems.
  • High proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of CMS-based web environments and how design system components are structured and applied.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing sites in Drupal or a similar CMS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across visual, written, verbal, and presentation formats.
  • High level of organization with the ability to track and document all work.
  • Experience with Design Thinking, Human Centered Design, or Web Design studies/certifications is a plus.
  • Experience creating, exporting, and implementing web animations using LottieFiles and JSON is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, user journey mapping, and conversion drivers.
  • Experience using analytics from user testing or heatmaps such as Hotjar or CrazyEgg is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they impact web design.
  • Experience creating assets for social media or paid ad campaigns is a plus.
