Description

  • Execute and optimize conversion rate optimization across web funnels for US and international properties.
  • Build, launch, and analyze A/B text experiments to improve traffic, MQL conversion, and purchase conversion rates.
  • Partner with CMS, UX, and front-end engineering teams to create and iterate on interactive web experiences and workflows.
  • Use product analytics tools to identify funnel drop-off points, monitor performance, and turn data into experiment briefs.
  • Write user stories, requirements, and test plans for Design and Engineering partners.
  • Support the Web lead by maintaining the digital growth roadmap and communicating experiment results and funnel insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams to improve customer journeys.
  • Stay current on CRO best practices, CMS capabilities, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Bring fresh ideas, external benchmarks, and new AI tools into the workflow where useful.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, conversion rate optimization, eCommerce, or digital product strategy.
  • Experience using AI technologies and tools to improve workflow or deliverables.
  • Hands-on experience managing content on CMS-enabled surfaces such as Contentful, WordPress, or similar headless CMS platforms.
  • Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests or multivariate experiments with measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Hex, or Google Analytics.
  • Comfort building dashboards or reports to track funnel performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable briefs.
  • Growth ownership mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and execute end to end.
  • Preferred experience working in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS environment, ideally within a multi-product portfolio company.
  • Preferred familiarity with experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, or similar feature flagging tools.
  • Preferred prior experience with headless CMS architectures and component-based content delivery.
  • Preferred exposure to freemium or free trial conversion models.
  • Preferred exposure to chatbot optimizations and flow buildouts.
  • Preferred proficiency with tools such as Figma, Jira, or Asana for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Preferred experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or vertical SaaS space.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $142,000-$227,000 USD for Zone A, $123,000-$197,000 USD for Zone B, or $111,000-$178,000 USD for Zone C.
  • Additional total rewards may include overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible, equity, and benefits.
