Description

  • Design highly engaging, user-friendly websites and landing pages that support conversion and engagement goals.
  • Create custom designs from scratch and adapt designs within theme-based website environments.
  • Develop on-brand ad creatives, infographics, and social media graphics for paid and organic channels.
  • Create original logo designs, refine brand identities for law firms, and build brand style guides.
  • Use design, visuals, and messaging to tell client stories and create compelling calls to action.
  • Edit and optimize photography and other imagery for websites, video, and digital content.
  • Partner with design, project management, account management, development, SEO, and social teams to align deliverables with client goals.
  • Collaborate with other designers to maintain consistent systems, quality, and processes.
  • Own deliverables and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Maintain and improve reusable design frameworks, templates, and creative processes for scalability and consistency.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, and brand design, with agency experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to create conversion-optimized designs for digital platforms.
  • Senior-level experience designing responsive websites, unique hero banners, landing pages, and logos.
  • Strong proficiency in paid social ad design and organic social media graphics.
  • Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Advanced understanding of CRO, UX/UI, and visual hierarchy for websites and landing pages.
  • Experience editing images, brand designs, graphics, and existing designs across multiple media.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools and willingness to explore automation for efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills in remote, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Takes full ownership of quality, proactively drives improvements, and works with a high level of initiative.
  • Motion graphics experience using After Effects or equivalent tools (preferred).
  • Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar software (preferred).
  • Ability to direct photography and video shoots to align with client brand direction (preferred).
  • Experience creating HTML5 interactive ads using Google Web Designer, Adobe Animate, or equivalent software (preferred).
