Description

  • Deliver network and security projects across Cisco technologies, including Meraki and Catalyst environments.
  • Design, implement, and support routing and switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security solutions.
  • Monitor support queues and manage incidents through to successful resolution.
  • Troubleshoot customer network environments and provide ongoing operational support.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational standards.
  • Use AI tools to improve productivity and support daily technical workflows.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives, API integrations, tooling enhancements, and workflow improvements.
  • Develop reusable technical documentation for customers and internal teams.
  • Support maintenance activities and project delivery requirements as needed.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in network engineering or network support roles, ideally in an MSP, systems integrator, or technology partner environment.
  • Strong networking knowledge across routing and switching, wireless networking, SD-WAN, and security technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies, particularly Cisco Meraki and Catalyst solutions.
  • Equivalent technical knowledge to CCNP or JNCIP certification standards.
  • Exposure to network automation tools such as Python, Ansible, REST APIs, Terraform, or Git.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code concepts and automation-first operational models.
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools and workflows is advantageous.
  • Exposure to voice networking technologies is beneficial.
  • Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, DevNet Associate, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment.
  • Practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfort operating in evolving environments with changing priorities.
