Description

  • Monitor and manage team member time tracking, attendance systems, leave records, and working hours.
  • Review early morning logins and proactively report attendance delays, discrepancies, or unavailability to the Customer Success team and relevant leads.
  • Coordinate with managers to resolve time discrepancies, missing entries, and attendance issues.
  • Generate and share attendance reports for payroll and management review.
  • Maintain and update team member personal files, HR documentation, and records for contracts, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of team member information and handle system record escalations or bugs with the relevant team.
  • Maintain monthly team member evaluation tracking, follow up with managers, and compile evaluation data for People & Culture reporting.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation, record creation, and HR administrative support for attendance, leave, and documentation queries.
  • Support the planning and coordination of People & Culture initiatives, engagement activities, internal events, workshops, and team gatherings.
  • Monitor system performance and coordinate with developers to help ensure smooth HR system operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or team member records management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential team member information responsibly.
  • Ability to work independently and support early operational requirements.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with HR systems is preferred.
  • Customer relationship skills and an outgoing personality are a plus.
  • Ability to learn IT basics and systems, with Azure Fundamentals completion preferred.
