Description

  • Create, repurpose, write, schedule, and publish social media content using provided assets.
  • Manage content calendars, monitor engagement, and recommend ways to improve content performance.
  • Create and send Mailchimp email campaigns, manage lists and segmentation, and track results.
  • Support paid advertising setup, creative coordination, monitoring, testing, and lead-generation efforts.
  • Answer inbound calls, leave voicemails, follow up with prospective customers, and provide general customer support.
  • Complete remote administrative tasks and provide backup support to the existing team.
  • Coordinate business communications and ensure important tasks are completed reliably.
  • Identify opportunities to improve brand identity, positioning, creative direction, and audience development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience creating and managing social media content and content calendars.
  • Email marketing experience, particularly with Mailchimp.
  • Understanding of paid social advertising and campaign management.
  • Strong written English and excellent communication skills.
  • Good eye for content, branding, and presentation.
  • Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort working independently and taking ownership in a remote environment.
  • Comfort handling administrative and customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Experience or interest in brand strategy, positioning, creative direction, audience development, music, education, creative industries, or youth development is preferred.
