Description

  • Own the development and delivery of written content across website pages, LinkedIn articles, and campaign assets.
  • Create lead-generation content such as guides, reports, whitepapers, and playbooks.
  • Develop persuasive landing page copy and advertising content in collaboration with performance marketing stakeholders.
  • Produce and ghostwrite executive- and founder-level thought leadership content.
  • Lead SEO strategy development and implementation, including keyword research, topic planning, on-page optimization, internal linking, and content architecture.
  • Own and continuously refine GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.
  • Ensure content is optimized for visibility across search engines, AI-powered answer engines, and emerging discovery platforms.
  • Execute optimization initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize content reach and performance.
  • Monitor and improve content performance to support business growth and pipeline outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in content writing and SEO strategy.
  • A proven portfolio showcasing both long-form and short-form B2B content.
  • Experience creating thought leadership content and ghostwriting in executive or founder voices.
  • Strong hands-on SEO expertise in keyword strategy, topic planning, on-page optimization, and content performance.
  • Ability to independently manage both strategic planning and execution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • Experience using SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Search Console.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and/or HubSpot for content publishing and optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience with GEO and AEO strategies for AI-driven discovery and answer engines (preferred).
  • Knowledge of schema markup, structured data, and technical SEO best practices (preferred).
  • Experience collaborating with performance marketing or demand generation teams (preferred).
  • Familiarity with content analytics and organic performance reporting (preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to content quality.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
