Description

  • Build and configure automation flows within the DigitalGenius platform to deliver the client's first live use case.
  • Fine-tune AI behavior and logic based on real customer interactions and feedback during implementation.
  • Integrate the platform with third-party customer service tools such as Dixa, Zendesk, and Salesforce using APIs and webhooks.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and tailor solutions to their business needs.
  • Work closely with Commercial and Customer Success teams to onboard customers quickly and smoothly.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to help customers use the solutions effectively.
  • Monitor implementation progress and ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during the implementation phase.
  • Gather customer feedback continuously to improve the implementation process and product offerings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical implementation or solutions engineering, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Coding experience in Node.js and Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in the e-commerce or AI industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and helpdesk systems is preferred.
  • Must be able to work remotely from the EU and align with UK business hours (GMT/BST).
