Description

  • Embed with business functions to map workflows, identify AI opportunities, and deliver solutions end to end.
  • Design and build automated workflows, AI agents, and AI-native tools using enterprise platforms and model APIs.
  • Launch, monitor, measure, and iterate on production solutions, targeting three to four launches annually.
  • Design agent workflows with retrieval, tool use, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop review.
  • Partner with IT, Security, and Engineering on identity, permissions, data connectivity, logging, observability, and evaluation infrastructure.
  • Lead technical vendor evaluations and proofs of concept, selecting configuration or custom-build approaches appropriately.
  • Create reusable architecture patterns, templates, documentation, and enablement services for business users.
  • Review AI use cases for security, data exposure, compliance, and feasibility within the AI governance process.
  • Instrument solutions with baselines, metrics, and dashboards, and report results to sponsoring executives.
  • Coach power users and help business teams operate and extend deployed workflows independently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years building and shipping technical solutions in business contexts such as solutions engineering, business systems, integration, automation, or forward-deployed work.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with production or near-production LLM systems, including agent frameworks, retrieval, tool calling, prompting, and evaluation.
  • Working proficiency in Python or JavaScript, plus APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, authentication, OAuth, SSO, and role-based access.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, NetSuite, Jira, and modern data warehouses.
  • Track record of translating complex business processes into working systems with non-technical teams.
  • Sound judgment in security- and compliance-sensitive environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to write executive-ready architecture documentation.
  • Experience in forward-deployed, solutions architect, or embedded consulting roles preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Copilot Studio, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic or OpenAI APIs, or MCP integrations preferred.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Workato, n8n, UiPath, SOX, FedRAMP, PKI, or security-focused organizations preferred.
