Description

  • Conduct technical discovery calls to understand customer requirements, pain points, and infrastructure.
  • Lead product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Translate customer requirements into solutions, configurations, integration plans, and API usage.
  • Scope customer environments and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, integration guides, proposals, and PoC plans.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses, technical questionnaires, bids, and tenders.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams.
  • Provide technical and business-value guidance throughout the sales cycle and act as a trusted customer advisor.
  • Travel approximately 20–25%.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a solutions engineer, technical salesperson, product manager, engineer, technical support agent, or enterprise software administrator.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, server administration, cybersecurity, or information security technologies.
  • Familiarity with cryptographic principles, digital certificates, and PKI concepts.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud and Kubernetes.
  • Experience or familiarity with ServiceNow, GitHub, and REST API integrations.
  • Hands-on scripting or automation experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or other DevOps and infrastructure automation tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, project management, business acumen, and customer-focus skills; fluent English.
  • Preferred: cybersecurity certifications, certificate management, code signing, load balancers, secure key storage, SSO, SAML, or OpenID experience.
