Description

  • Participate in Dev.Pro’s screening process to be considered for future project management openings.
  • Work on challenging projects with world-leading clients when matched to a suitable role.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and technical experts through interviews and evaluations.
  • Provide leadership across planning, execution, delivery, and risk management activities.
  • Coordinate effectively with stakeholders and teams through reporting and communication.
  • Apply people management practices in a project environment.
  • Use core project management tools and methods to support delivery.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project manager experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
  • Strong project management capabilities in planning, execution, delivery, and risk management.
  • People management skills.
  • Advanced reporting skills for coordinating with stakeholders and teams effectively.
  • Fluency with core project management tools and methods.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactivity, flexibility, and responsibility.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
  • Experience working with technical experts during evaluations and interviews.
  • Experience in a company or environment serving global corporations is a plus.
