Description

  • Coordinate delivery across multiple Scrum teams in a SAFe environment.
  • Own execution across a large-scale account and support ongoing team and platform scaling.
  • Establish and maintain collaboration practices that improve delivery flow across teams.
  • Resolve blockers and support teams in delivering on time and on budget.
  • Support delivery execution through three-week sprints and quarterly PI planning cycles.
  • Define and improve delivery processes across a growing scope.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, and Architecture stakeholders to align priorities.
  • Track delivery progress, risks, and dependencies across teams.
  • Support teams in managing priorities, dependencies, and changes in a complex, integration-heavy environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in Delivery Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and SAFe environments.
  • Strong experience driving end-to-end delivery across multiple Scrum teams.
  • Experience working in complex, highly dependent environments.
  • Experience initiating, scaling, and growing large programs or accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and improve delivery processes and team collaboration.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to lead discussions with technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
  • Experience working on AI or blockchain-based projects is desirable.
  • Familiarity with data platforms or complex, integration-heavy systems is desirable.
  • Experience in fintech or private markets domains is desirable.
