Description

  • Lead full-lifecycle Sage Intacct implementation workstreams, including requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and hypercare support.
  • Configure Sage Intacct core and advanced modules such as General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Order Entry, Purchasing, Consolidations, Dynamic Allocations, Project Accounting, Contracts, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
  • Design and build custom account groups, dimension groups, and reports to meet client requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into Sage Intacct configurations and workflows for Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Month-End Close processes.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for client stakeholders within assigned workstreams and support on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Prepare status updates, requirements documentation, and design artifacts, and escalate issues or risks as needed.
  • Participate in client workshops, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Perform data analysis, import/export formatting, test script development, and documentation to support deliverables and system integrity.
  • Identify reusable design patterns and recommend configuration or process improvements.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of design decisions, configurations, and project deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Sage Intacct or comparable ERP/financial cloud applications in a consulting, advisory, or client-services environment.
  • Hands-on configuration experience across core Sage Intacct modules and some advanced modules.
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts including Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, Trial Balance, and Intercompany transactions.
  • Experience contributing to one or more full-lifecycle Sage Intacct or comparable ERP implementations end-to-end.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze and format data for Sage Intacct imports and exports.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist certification strongly preferred.
  • CPA or equivalent accounting designation is a plus.
  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, or similar project coordination and collaboration tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements.
  • Comfort with firm-approved AI tools and openness to learning emerging technologies, including AI and automation.
