Description

  • Oversee people-related processes throughout the contractor lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance to managers and contractors on HR and people-related matters.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multicultural teams.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and support performance review processes.
  • Manage onboarding, integration, and offboarding to ensure a smooth and compliant experience.
  • Deliver workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen people management skills.
  • Support HR operations with attention to documentation, analytics, and process quality.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to foster a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a People Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level for professional communication with native speakers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence for working with senior stakeholders and multicultural teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt style for different audiences.
  • Attention to detail when handling documents and working with analytics.
  • Flexibility and stress resistance to manage complex situations and deliver practical solutions.
  • Motivation, initiative, and independence with a strong focus on achieving goals.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills are desirable.
  • Familiarity with common IT industry roles and processes is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools is desirable.
