Description

  • Own the full delivery lifecycle from signed SOW through kickoff, execution, and closeout, including project charters, success metrics, milestones, and operating cadence.
  • Lead day-to-day customer relationship management, including stakeholder mapping, executive updates, expectation-setting, and escalation management.
  • Build and maintain the project management system, including the integrated project plan, RAID log, decision log, and change control process.
  • Manage scope, budget, and delivery performance through forecasting, cost management, burn tracking, change orders, and tradeoff decisions.
  • Run effective customer and internal meetings by preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, capturing notes and action items, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Coach and enable the delivery team by clarifying roles, removing blockers, improving planning habits, and strengthening communication.
  • Monitor engagement health and delivery quality by tracking progress, surfacing risks early, and driving corrective actions.
  • Improve planning and delivery systems so teams can move work forward with clarity and coordination.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience delivering multi-workstream initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing engagement experience with external stakeholders, including executive communication and expectation management.
  • Experience owning delivery from contract or SOW through kickoff, execution, and closeout.
  • Strong fundamentals in project planning, risk management, change control, and budget or cost management.
  • Proven ability to run effective operating cadences such as weekly status meetings, steering committees, and working sessions.
  • Excellent written communication skills for status updates, meeting notes, action plans, and documentation of decisions and risks.
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency through summarization, draft generation, reporting, or workflow automation while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building lightweight but effective processes.
  • PMP certification preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or agency delivery environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with documentation, knowledge management, or docs-as-code workflows is preferred.
  • Experience supporting technical stakeholders and translating complex work into clear delivery plans is preferred.
