Description

  • Monitor infrastructure, applications, and transaction flows continuously to detect alerts and anomalies.
  • Perform basic functional tests to validate that services are working correctly.
  • Triage incoming alerts and classify incidents by severity following defined guidelines.
  • Carry out initial troubleshooting through basic validations, log review, and metric checks.
  • Escalate incidents with clear context, initial impact, and supporting evidence.
  • Track escalated incidents actively until resolution or proper handoff.
  • Manage support tickets in Zendesk or Jira and coordinate with internal teams during incidents.
  • Open and maintain communication channels during operational events and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Execute operational validations for merchants, including checkouts, integrations, and payment flows before and after deployments.
  • Perform basic operational configurations for payment methods, merchant parameters, and environment validations across Prod, Staging, and Sandbox.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in monitoring, technical support, NOC, or operations roles.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, including request/response concepts.
  • Familiarity with logs, metrics, and web system flows.
  • Ability to follow technical procedures and runbooks.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills focused on identification rather than complex resolution.
  • Experience using monitoring tools such as Grafana, Rootly, Opsgenie, or similar platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with incident management tools such as Rootly or Jira (preferred).
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Jira, or similar systems (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Postman (preferred).
  • Basic SQL knowledge for simple queries is desirable.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation and participate in on-call duties as needed.
