Description

  • Monitor merchant technical health for errors, declines, anomalies, and other risks, and raise internal alerts when issues are detected.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for merchants after go-live and respond to ongoing technical questions and concerns.
  • Triage merchant-reported incidents, coordinate escalation to on-call or engineering teams, and track resolution through completion.
  • Communicate incident status and resolution updates clearly and in a timely manner to merchants.
  • Support technical change requests and help translate new merchant requirements into the integration pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to solve technical issues and incorporate merchant feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic Merchant Health Reports for Account Management and merchants.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation for merchant-specific customizations and integrations.
  • Advocate internally for merchant technical needs and help prioritize requests.
  • Guide merchants through future technical evolutions and ensure continued operational stability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Merchant Support, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Customer Success.
  • Experience working in Payments, Fintech, SaaS, or Technology companies, preferably in a merchant-facing role.
  • Strong technical understanding of online payment ecosystems, including APIs, SDKs, transaction flows, fraud tools, and chargeback management.
  • Experience with incident management, post-launch technical operations, and technical client success practices.
  • Experience using SQL or similar querying languages for reporting, data extraction, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and follow-up discipline.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience working with LatAm merchants is required.
  • Startup environment experience is a plus.
