Description

  • Oversee, support, and develop assigned Site Managers and their individual growth.
  • Assist with project assignments, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting future Site Managers.
  • Schedule Site Managers for project mobilization, PTO coverage, turnaround coverage, and project support.
  • Lead Site Managers to uphold DCS culture with subcontractors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure completion of project documentation, safety reporting, Procore updates, and inventory management records.
  • Hold weekly one-on-one meetings to review development plans, growth, and site challenges.
  • Review and approve timesheets and expense reports by the deadline.
  • Drive continuous improvement in DCS safety and quality programs.
  • Visit sites to support mobilization, turnaround coverage, project challenges, and go-live activities.
  • Participate in daily and weekly site calls to forecast issues and help develop resolutions.

Requirements

  • Experience mentoring, developing, and managing a team with different personalities and trade skill sets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with DCS Project Management, department peers, leadership, subcontractors, and customers.
  • Ability to assist with conflict resolution and de-escalation of project or interpersonal issues.
  • Ability to support multiple sites remotely while working through site-specific challenges simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to job sites for mobilization, turnaround coverage, and go-live support.
  • Experience overseeing project documentation and reporting processes, including safety records and daily site reporting.
  • Experience with Procore and other project tracking or inventory management tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of DCS procedures, safety requirements, and quality expectations is preferred.
  • Ability to complete additional tasks assigned by a supervisor or RM team within deadlines.
