Description

  • Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract ratification through settlement.
  • Supervise, train, mentor, and performance-manage Transaction Coordinators / Settlement Processors.
  • Establish, track, and manage KPIs for team members.
  • Develop, update, and enforce transaction policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Personally manage a portfolio of transactions while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review contracts, addenda, and HUD / Closing Disclosure statements for accuracy.
  • Coordinate loan requests, lender communication, and construction loan draw requests.
  • Oversee property listings, including photography, virtual staging, MLS quality, and CRM updates.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex transaction issues and resolve title, survey, utility, and seller-related problems.
  • Partner with Sales, Construction, title companies, brokers, and property managers to support closings and expansion efforts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of people management experience in settlement, title, or transaction management.
  • 5+ years of real estate transaction experience.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Strong ability to hold internal teams and external partners accountable.
  • Ability to independently resolve complex real estate transaction issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Preferred: experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: strong customer service mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction.
