Description

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary creative and client teams.
  • Lead and mentor creative team members while fostering a collaborative, proactive culture.
  • Define and implement design strategies and visual standards across websites, branding, UX, and content.
  • Develop strategic insights and moodboards that support creative innovation.
  • Direct complex digital projects from kickoff through completion, managing quality, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Establish project direction, create design guidelines, and support production as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with client decision-makers and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the design discipline through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and process improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in design and interactive work for leading brands, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Mastery of Figma, including components, variants, and auto layout.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Suite, Slack, and similar collaboration tools.
  • Strong expertise in visual design, user-centered experience design, interaction design, and brand development.
  • Experience developing and maintaining robust design systems.
  • Ability to provide strategic vision and creative inspiration to large, diverse teams.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in strategic problem-solving and process efficiency.
