Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise-level clients.
  • Understand clients' business goals and challenges to align services with their needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and internal advocate for clients.
  • Ensure client retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for evolving client requirements.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve account targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide client insights.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions.
  • Track and report on key account metrics, account performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, project management, development, support, legal, and finance teams to deliver comprehensive client support.
  • Promote customer success stories and use client feedback to drive internal improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving account targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with enterprise-level clients (implied by the role).
  • Experience in account retention, renewals, or upselling/cross-selling (preferred).
