Description

  • Lead programmatic strategy and activation for one major client, with a focus on improving performance and planning for future needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional media teams to deliver integrated, cross-channel media solutions.
  • Partner closely with Integrated Media Strategy & Planning, Ad Operations, Data Science & Analytics, and Project Management teams on campaign execution and optimization.
  • Embed yourself and key team members within the client relationship to provide client-first recommendations and improve working efficiencies.
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships while managing expectations and client sentiment.
  • Mentor and support an Associate Director, Managers, and Associates with strategic and tactical feedback.
  • Solve complex problems and communicate insights through strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Promote DEPT®’s core values and help foster a positive team culture.

Requirements

  • 8-11 years of programmatic media experience.
  • Experience using DSPs such as Google DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP.
  • Experience with ad networks such as Google Ads and ad servers such as Google CM360.
  • Experience as a senior owner of an enterprise, fast-paced client relationship.
  • Experience working with Google CM360, Integral Ad Science (IAS), and DoubleVerify, including close collaboration with Ad Operations teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and turn them into a clear, memorable story.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a matrixed team environment.
  • Strengths-based management and coaching style, with the ability to influence change, efficiency, and innovation across teams.
  • Preferred experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe.
  • Preferred experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau.
