Description

  • Oversee day-to-day campaign operations across a portfolio of B2B clients.
  • Lead B2B programmatic strategy development aligned to client business objectives.
  • Manage campaign execution and optimization across display, video, native, and ABM-driven programmatic programs.
  • Partner with analytics and strategy teams to connect programmatic performance to CRM and pipeline metrics.
  • Develop and evolve best practices for B2B audience segmentation, firmographic and technographic targeting, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Collaborate with data and technology partners such as Bombora, 6sense, LiveRamp, LinkedIn, and Demandbase.
  • Support new business efforts with insights, recommendations, pricing considerations, and case studies.
  • Work closely with paid social, search, and content teams on integrated full-funnel demand generation programs.
  • Maintain budgeting, pacing, forecasting, and performance reporting for client accounts.
  • Resolve performance, strategy, and client relationship challenges with data-driven recommendations.
  • Represent the agency in client meetings, partner conversations, and industry events while sharing programmatic insights internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns, ideally for B2B or enterprise clients.
  • Experience in an agency, DSP, or platform environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, including account-based marketing, lead scoring, and funnel-stage optimization.
  • Experience with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or StackAdapt.
  • Experience with ad serving platforms such as Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), data management platforms, and CRM integrations for audience activation.
  • Ability to analyze programmatic performance and connect campaign metrics to broader business outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of B2B analytics and martech tools such as Google Analytics, 6sense, Bombora, and Demandbase.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical programmatic concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to collaborate across creative, media, strategy, and analytics teams.
  • Curious, growth-oriented mindset with interest in B2B ad tech, data privacy, and audience intelligence trends.
  • Preferred candidates are located in CT or ET time zones; PT candidates will also be considered.
