Description

  • Define AI-enabled marketing operating models that connect strategy, creative, data, and execution.
  • Identify where current marketing workflows break down and map how they should evolve.
  • Help organizations structure teams, decision-making, and AI integration for better performance.
  • Lead strategy across key client engagements and serve as a senior advisor to stakeholders.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies across CRM, lifecycle, email, and omnichannel engagement.
  • Translate data and insights into clear strategic direction that clients can act on.
  • Partner closely with the Head of AI, Data and Analytics to connect strategic vision with analytical depth and implementation.
  • Translate client needs and market shifts into roadmap direction for the Smart Marketing Engine.
  • Partner with product, AI, and delivery teams to prioritize platform capabilities and roadmap decisions.
  • Shape strategic narratives for pitches, proposals, and new business conversations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, agency-side, or in-house roles.
  • Strong background in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven engagement.
  • A practical point of view on AI in marketing, including how it changes organizations, not just tools.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and leading high-stakes strategic conversations.
  • Ability to connect high-level thinking to real-world execution without losing either.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity clearly.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving environments where not everything is fully defined.
  • Ability to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
  • Experience partnering with technical and analytical leaders is strongly preferred.
  • Background in thought leadership, executive-level advisory, or growth strategy is a plus.
