Description

  • Translate AI concepts, prototypes, and stakeholder vision into technical requirements and user stories.
  • Prioritize features, define business logic, and establish MVP scope for prototype and production builds.
  • Own sprint management, task execution, and workflow coordination for a pod of Forward Deployed Engineers.
  • Manage enterprise ticketing and bug-tracking systems, including routing tickets, logging dependencies, and unblocking code reviews.
  • Identify and resolve infrastructure, environment, permissions, and data-access dependencies.
  • Coordinate delivery across two enterprise business units and share technical learnings between them.
  • Track SLA performance and ensure prototypes and testing environments are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Partner with technical governance teams to maintain architecture, privacy, and security compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Agile Scrum Master.
  • Experience balancing product strategy with technical program execution.
  • Deep experience with enterprise ticketing, task, and bug-tracking systems such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or proprietary platforms.
  • Understanding of web application architecture, API integrations, cloud environments, and AI/LLM capabilities.
  • Ability to participate effectively in detailed technical architecture discussions without writing code.
  • Experience managing competing priorities across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical and operational bottlenecks.
  • Ability to work remotely in the United States; DEPT® participates in E-Verify.
