Description

  • Implement Apptio Targetprocess instances and partner with business functions to drive user adoption.
  • Lead and mentor the ATP implementation team on delivery best practices.
  • Own end-to-end ATP implementations and maintain regular client engagement.
  • Conduct discovery workshops and advise clients on Apptio Targetprocess best practices.
  • Configure solutions, process parameters, views, reports, dashboards, automation rules, metrics, and data imports.
  • Configure integrations with Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and other third-party products.
  • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to align solutions with evolving requirements and desired outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary business-user contact for implementation and support activities.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with product support and development teams on resolutions.
  • Present project status, optimization opportunities, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including demonstrations, RFP responses, solution design, and effort estimation.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, JSON, and APIs.
  • Experience configuring or implementing Apptio Targetprocess solutions, integrations, reports, dashboards, and automations.
  • Ability to manage multiple business units, leads, and deliverables through effective planning and time management.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, facilitation, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with diverse teams across time zones.
  • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) knowledge or experience preferred.
  • Apptio Targetprocess certification preferred.
