Description

  • Lead day-to-day execution of packaging initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Coordinate workstreams across operations, product development, quality, brand, marketing, sourcing, supply planning, and external partners.
  • Identify packaging improvement opportunities and develop data-driven business cases and tradeoff recommendations.
  • Manage packaging testing, validation, artwork change control, and implementation activities.
  • Establish and maintain packaging documentation, specifications, and governance processes.
  • Partner with packaging suppliers, testing laboratories, engineering partners, and other external vendors.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and maintain progress across multiple complex initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs or projects in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, product commercialization, packaging, or a related field.
  • Experience with packaging, product commercialization, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consumer products is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Strong program and project management skills with excellent organization and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting recommendations, tradeoffs, and updates to leadership.
  • Structured, analytical problem-solving approach with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
  • Experience building operational workflows or leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with suppliers, contract manufacturers, testing laboratories, or other external partners.
