Description

  • Lead successful programmatic campaigns through media buying and operational excellence within the retail vertical.
  • Embed with the client services team to provide client-first recommendations and programmatic leadership.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Drive programmatic strategy and improve client performance.
  • Provide feedback and strategic guidance to account teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage team members.
  • Promote core values and help maintain a positive work environment and culture.
  • Drive innovation and push beyond the status quo.
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of programmatic media experience, preferably in CTV, Display, and Video, with some exposure to Native, Audio, and OOH.
  • Programmatic trading expertise in retail marketplaces such as Walmart, Target, and Best Buy.
  • Fluency in DSPs and ad servers, with The Trade Desk (TTD) and DV360 preferred.
  • Proven experience managing direct reports and mentoring team members into more senior roles.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be located in either the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
  • Deep experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and other ad tech is preferred.
  • Experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Data Studio or Tableau is preferred.
  • Successful track record of participating in sales pitches and audits is preferred.
