Description

  • Identify and engage high-potential businesses through research, online tools, and strategic networking in the hospitality and foodservice industry.
  • Understand mid-market operational challenges and explain how Deliverect improves efficiency, ROI, and order management.
  • Deliver value-based product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s pain points.
  • Communicate APIs, POS integrations, and third-party delivery concepts in a clear, relatable way for business owners and operators.
  • Manage objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process to close deals.
  • Partner with onboarding, account management, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting and timely follow-up on opportunities.
  • Occasionally travel for customer meetings and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, restaurant technology, or ERP/enterprise solutions.
  • Consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a creative approach to solving customer challenges.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Ability to maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced environment and building relationships.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, results-oriented, and organized, with the ability to pivot strategies to achieve results.
  • Fluency in a third language such as Italian, Dutch, or French is a plus.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
