Description

  • Collaborate with external life sciences stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for analytical projects and services.
  • Translate customer requirements into comprehensive Statements of Work, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Partner with internal teams to promote Definitive Healthcare solutions and drive product and service adoption.
  • Provide thought leadership on life sciences use cases and the application of healthcare data to business problems.
  • Coordinate escalations and support resolution of client issues with appropriate internal and external parties.
  • Track customer satisfaction and use feedback to improve client experience and service delivery.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities that align with clients’ strategic objectives.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to support retention of products and services.
  • Validate claims and procedure volumes to assess the viability and value of customer efforts.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, including documentation, follow-up, and timely delivery of outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical RWD/RWE analytics roles or similar healthcare-adjacent data experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as CSM, Account Executive, Consultant, or Solutions Engineer.
  • Strong expertise with SQL, with Databricks preferred; experience with SQL Server and Snowflake is also relevant.
  • Expertise in medical claim coding terminology, including DRG, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, HCPCS/CPT, and NDC.
  • Experience working with stakeholders in biopharma, pharmaceutical, or MedTech organizations.
  • Understanding of the commercial and clinical data needs involved in bringing a new drug, therapy, or medical device to market.
  • Strong data storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives.
  • Experience with data visualization and explaining the business implications of analytical findings.
  • High organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to present technical topics to a business audience virtually and in person.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to exploring data and uncovering insights.

  • Salary range of $106,000-$197,000 per year.
