Description

  • Provide technical leadership, training, process improvement, and consulting support for Professional Services employees in the Student module area.
  • Resolve Student-related issues through deep-dive analysis, including repeats, advising trees, and ARCs.
  • Perform assigned project tasks with minimal supervision and follow established methodology to meet deliverables.
  • Work proactively with team members and leadership to complete projects on schedule.
  • Communicate project information clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Partner with Professional Services and the Project Management Office to support complex issue resolution.
  • Coach and train others on data validation, reporting, and how data flows through student, finance, and related modules.
  • Maintain and share process and training documentation repositories.
  • Understand customer requirements and business processes, and recommend best practices and solution alternatives.
  • Develop estimates based on customization specifications and collaborate with project managers on assigned projects.
  • Use AI-enabled tools and analytics appropriately to improve decision-making and efficiency while maintaining ethical and privacy standards.
  • Stay current on business trends and technologies and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in higher education.
  • Experience with Jenzabar One Student Information System/ERP, especially in Admissions, Registrar, Advising, and Student Life.
  • Experience across a range of higher education functions or offices.
  • Advanced SQL programming skills.
  • Experience with database tools and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Prior training delivery experience is desired.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for functional end users.
  • Strong software troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proven listening skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with presentations and one-on-one, on-the-job, classroom, and/or webcast training.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Comfort with evolving and ever-changing technology.
