Description

  • Own implementation projects for new and existing customers, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Lead scoping workshops to gather business requirements, marketing workflows, governance processes, and technical dependencies.
  • Design bespoke solutions and coordinate integration workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Configuration, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
  • Advise customers on migration strategies and how to work alongside existing systems.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and platform adoption.
  • Deliver presentations to senior stakeholders and support stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and milestone delivery.
  • Support customers during go-live and provide post-implementation assistance.
  • Maintain and share best practices to ensure consistent delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of SaaS implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Martech landscape.
  • Experience leading stakeholder engagement sessions, scoping workshops, and solution workshops.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into client-tailored system solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of data migration and systems integration concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organised, with experience managing detailed project documentation, RAID logs, or configuration checklists.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as monday.com, JIRA, Confluence, and Lucid.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Preferred mindset for building trust, influencing decisions, and continuing professional development.
