Description

  • Own and maintain HubSpot CRM configuration, including pipelines, deal stages, properties, workflows, and permissions.
  • Ensure every lead, deal, and contact has accurate status, lifecycle stage, ownership, and next steps.
  • Maintain strict data hygiene by merging duplicates, preventing stale deals, and fixing missing properties or broken workflows.
  • Build and maintain automations for lead routing, task creation, follow-ups, deal stage progression, and call outcome tracking.
  • Reduce manual administrative work for sales reps through process and workflow improvements.
  • Maintain real-time pipeline, conversion, and KPI reporting, including dashboards for leadership.
  • Support forecasting and revenue reporting in collaboration with Finance and Data teams.
  • Manage and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and dialers, scheduling tools, payment platforms, and analytics/BI tools.
  • Translate sales process changes into CRM logic and automation, and create SOPs for sales roles and workflows.
  • Ensure CRM processes and records align with internal compliance, documentation, and data governance standards.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or CRM Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot is required.
  • Mid- to senior-level Sales Operations experience.
  • Strong background in sales automation and workflow design.
  • Experience supporting high-ticket or complex sales cycles is preferred.
  • Highly systems-oriented and detail-driven.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and funnels.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Data teams.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can identify issues before they affect revenue.
  • Clear communicator who can translate business needs into system logic.
  • Experience in high-growth, remote-first environments is a nice to have.
  • Familiarity with Whop, Aloware, or BI tools is a nice to have.
  • Exposure to compliance-heavy industries such as finance, education, or crypto is a nice to have.
