Description

  • Own the automation, data, security, and administrative systems that support the company’s revenue engine.
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver automation across Marketing, Enrollment, Fulfillment, and Renewals workflows.
  • Lead the digitization of the member journey from first ad click through renewal.
  • Run security operating cadences with the Security Specialist, including access provisioning, deprovisioning, audit workflows, and incident response procedures.
  • Lead data infrastructure and reporting alongside the Data Engineer, including trusted dashboards and attribution reporting.
  • Drive AI adoption across the company by defining how agentic systems and automation are scoped, built, and measured.
  • Own the ticketing intake pipeline, the Tech Team master list in ClickUp, and weekly sprint planning.
  • Maintain OKRs, communicate progress and risks to leadership, and hit quarterly sprint and delivery KPIs.
  • Hire, manage, develop, and when necessary exit members of the Technology team.
  • Source and manage vendors, evaluate stack changes, and coordinate operational needs across business functions into executable roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of senior leadership experience across technology operations, including 4+ years leading automation, data, or revenue-tech functions in a scaling business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Hybrid technical and operational leadership experience, with ownership of both architecture and delivery.
  • Strong HubSpot administration experience, including workflows across lead, deal, contact, and ticket objects.
  • Hands-on experience with modern automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, and native API integrations.
  • Deep paid-traffic attribution experience with tools such as Hyros, Everflow, GA4, Tag Manager, BigQuery, Facebook Pixel, Google Pixel, PostHog, and Stape.io or equivalent.
  • Experience with email and marketing automation platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or HubSpot Marketing in high-volume environments.
  • Experience with web and capture infrastructure such as Webflow, Typeform, Vidalytics, GoDaddy DNS, and GTM.
  • Experience with member lifecycle and community tools such as Circle, Aloware, PandaDoc, and recurring payment platforms like Whop, Fanbasis, Hotmart, Mamopay, Stripe, or CopeCart.
  • Ability to work with data and reporting infrastructure such as Snowflake or BigQuery, plus dashboarding tools like Plecto, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and AI adoption tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, TypingMind, Cowork, and n8n LLM nodes.
  • Security-aware operating experience, including SSO, access governance, audit logs, anti-phishing, and incident response.
  • Experience operating ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Linear, or Monday as a work OS at scale.
  • People management experience across multiple sub-teams and timezones, including hiring, development, and exits.
  • Vendor management and contract negotiation experience across multi-vendor stacks.
  • Resilient communication skills with the ability to translate technical work into business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with crypto, DeFi, online education, or high-ticket info-product businesses is a plus.
