Description

  • Handle inbound leads from growth and enterprise teams and set meetings for Sales Directors and Account Executives.
  • Help define and execute outbound strategy across multiple channels.
  • Build and refine sales development processes as part of a growing team.
  • Develop expertise in SQL, dbt, and enterprise data operations.
  • Collaborate with SDR team members and sales leadership in the interview and team environment.
  • Manage a high volume of outreach and maintain an efficient, organized workflow.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of inbound or outbound sales or sales development experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of efficiency and the ability to manage large volumes of work.
  • Values-oriented mindset and alignment with company values.
  • Prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software is a plus.
  • Based in Japan.
