Description

  • Track and drive execution of GTM initiatives including email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, partner outreach, and developer content.
  • Own and maintain a single source of truth GTM dashboard with weekly red/yellow/green status updates tied to revenue goals.
  • Run weekly marketing and sales operations standups and surface gaps between planned activities and pipeline numbers.
  • Coordinate partner channel development efforts, including email drip sequences and proactive partner engagement programs.
  • Monitor web traffic trends and MQL-to-SQL conversion metrics and escalate risks early to leadership.
  • Manage the GTM project tracker in Salesforce, Monday.com, or internal tools and keep it consistently updated.
  • Work with Callbox and PLG vendors to align timelines and deliverables.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to scale outreach and reduce manual work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project, program, or operations management in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and marketing operations tools.
  • Strong command of AI productivity tools and curiosity about automation.
  • Ability to read pipeline reports and identify gaps in data or execution.
  • Track record of holding cross-functional teams accountable without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce concise leadership updates.
  • Comfort working in a data-driven environment and interpreting conversion and pipeline metrics.
  • Remote work from Bangalore with availability for the U.S. shift from 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST.
