Description

  • Craft and deliver product messaging for data replication and Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions across webinars, videos, and educational content.
  • Present and host webinars and videos to educate customers on product capabilities and benefits.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to inform marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature updates, and demand generation.
  • Define target customer segments, value propositions, and distribution channels.
  • Create marketing collateral such as product demos, data sheets, whitepapers, blog posts, and videos.
  • Develop presentations and training materials to equip the sales team with product knowledge and value propositions.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase customer engagement.
  • Use data and analytics to track campaign performance, ROI, and related metrics.
  • Support account-based marketing initiatives and customer advocacy efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA with specialization preferred.
  • 3–5 years of overall professional experience, with a strong preference for Strategy, Marketing, or Technology backgrounds.
  • 2–3 years of experience working in SaaS companies.
  • Good technical acumen and strong communication skills.
  • General understanding of SaaS apps, cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and Redshift, and databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce and D365 is a plus.
  • Prior experience in technology consulting or enterprise technology marketing is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging messaging.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of DataOps, data management practices, databases, and data clouds.
  • Experience hosting webinars, creating videos, and delivering technical presentations.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
