Description

  • Craft and deliver product messaging focused on data replication and Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions through webinars, videos, and educational content.
  • Present and host webinars and videos to educate customers on product capabilities and benefits.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature updates, and demand generation.
  • Define target customer segments, value propositions, and distribution channels.
  • Create marketing collateral including product demos, data sheets, whitepapers, blog posts, and videos.
  • Develop presentations and training materials to equip the sales team with product knowledge and value propositions.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive customer engagement.
  • Use data and analytics to track campaign performance, ROI, and other relevant metrics.
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and customer advocacy efforts.
  • Lead category development and positioning for DataOps, CDC, and cloud integration.
  • Partner with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure ecosystems to drive co-marketing opportunities and strengthen category presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA with specialization in Strategy, Marketing, or Technology is preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience working in SaaS companies.
  • Strong technical acumen with excellent communication skills.
  • General understanding of SaaS apps, cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Snowflake, and Redshift, and databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and D365+ is a plus.
  • Prior experience in technology consulting or enterprise technology marketing is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill technical concepts into clear, engaging messaging.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of DataOps, data management practices, databases, and data clouds.
  • Experience hosting webinars, creating videos, and delivering technical presentations.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead category positioning and ecosystem partnerships with major cloud providers.
  • Must be available to work a U.K. shift from 1:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST.
  • Bangalore-based remote work location.
