Description

  • Analyze data to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations for advertisers and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and scale reporting and measurement tools, products, and processes for the Ads & Promotions Measurement team.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to deploy partner data integrations and other third-party measurement solutions.
  • Implement privacy-enhancing technologies, including clean rooms and first-party data collaboration frameworks.
  • Drive improvements in targeting, measurement, incrementality, and attribution across web and app environments.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Partnerships teams to test and implement marketing technologies and integrations.
  • Develop new data integrations with measurement and adtech partners to support advanced targeting and optimization use cases.
  • Work closely with advertisers to understand their data needs and support their marketing goals.
  • Translate technical details into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving, complex environment and manage project execution.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in marketing technology, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or operations.
  • High-growth startup experience is preferred.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for data processing, automation, and analysis.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, data, and product teams to build scalable marketing solutions.
  • Experience with digital tracking, attribution, and incrementality measurement across web and app environments.
  • Hands-on experience with adtech tools such as Mobile Measurement Partners, Customer Data Platforms, and Data Clean Rooms.
  • Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including app attribution, incrementality measurement, and API integrations.
  • A proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and achieving goals in a fast-moving environment.
  • BA/BS degree.
