Description

  • Oversee customer relationship activities and lead new business development initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the BPO space.
  • Manage key accounts and meet or exceed defined sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive client presentations aligned with DATAMARK's mission and strategy.
  • Provide market feedback to company leadership on competitive offerings and prospect needs.
  • Work as an individual contributor while driving sales performance and account growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of successful business-to-business sales experience in the BPO industry.
  • BPO sales experience is required.
  • Proven track record of effectively engaging customers and closing deals.
  • Experience maintaining leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Ability to work remotely within the U.S. with regular travel to El Paso Headquarters, client meetings, and events.
  • Passion for driving sales and making an impact in the BPO space.
