Description

Oversee customer relationship activities and lead new business development initiatives.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the BPO space.
Manage key accounts and meet or exceed defined sales goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
Prepare and deliver persuasive client presentations aligned with DATAMARK's mission and strategy.
Provide market feedback to company leadership on competitive offerings and prospect needs.
Work as an individual contributor while driving sales performance and account growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 10 years of successful business-to-business sales experience in the BPO industry.
BPO sales experience is required.
Proven track record of effectively engaging customers and closing deals.
Experience maintaining leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
Ability to work remotely within the U.S. with regular travel to El Paso Headquarters, client meetings, and events.
Passion for driving sales and making an impact in the BPO space.
