Description

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to customers in both French and English across phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Escalate and manage customer issues or conflicts to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of service and reinforce the company’s commitment to quality care.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English with strong verbal and written communication in both languages.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.
  • Proficient with computer systems and able to navigate multiple software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
