  • Ensure a smooth and positive client experience from inquiry to completion.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email, online systems, and data entry.
  • Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly.
  • Reliable internet access and the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Comfortable communicating virtually and maintaining a professional digital presence.
  • Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles (preferred).
  • Interest in travel, events, or hospitality-related services (preferred).
